How do I quicky place an order?
Find the item you'd like to purchase and check
all of the information associated with it before proceeding. You'll need to
send a text/whatsapp/email to me (press either of "order / enquire now buttons above) with the following info:

What item you'd like.

What colour you'd like it in
for Two/Three tone colour items - Please advise which colour combination you would like in a clear format.
3.
What size you'd like it to be

Payment method
either
a. If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer - A proof of Bank Transfer for the correct amount stated on the website
is required

Can I try before I buy?
Due to COVID, we aren't allowed to let anyone try products on. However, we have the following samples of clothing if you wish to have a look virtually. We are working on some sample videos and they will be available on the website soon.

What is your return/refund policy?
Return/Refund Policy
We do not accept returns/refunds, unless the item you receive is not the item your ordered. All items are checked for faults before delivery/dispatch. (If you wish to cancel/ammend an order, please see the next question).
Due to the wide variety of colours and sizes to hand, we order and print our items from suppliers as your orders come in, meaning they are printed to order. We do not hold stock except our own samples.
How do i cancel/ammend an order?
Order Cancellation and Ammending Policy
If you placed your order
prior to the 15th of the month (8am), you can cancel/ammend your order
anytime before the
15th of the same month
(8am), in which you placed your order.
If you placed your order
after the 15th of the month (8am), you can cancel/ammend your order
anytime before the
1st of the following month (8am)
in which you placed your order.
For example, if you placed your order on the 6th January 2021 at 5pm, you have until the 15th January 2021 at 8am to cancel/ammend your order.
For Example (2), if you placed your order on the 15th February 2021 at 10am, you have until the 1st of March 2021 at 8am to cancel/ammend your order.
You can cancel/ammend an order by sending me an email/message. Make sure to have your
order reference number to hand. This can be found on your order confirmation form.
In order for us sort your order quicker, please use the same method of communication that you used when placing your order, preferably in the same email/message conversation.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to procedures during the COVID, we aim to get your product to you within 4 weeks after the date of purchase (unless we advise you otherwise).
How do i use the "tasty bundles" and/or "discount events"
When you order, all you need to do is to express your wish to make use of the bundle or discount.
If applicable, the discount can then be applied to your order.
