My role is Financial Control - essentially to get the best result financially for us all, the Membership.   Challenge costs and maximise revenue.   Record accurately, timely, completely and appropriately all financial transactions.  Collect timely and accurately all due income and to process all legitimate expenses/payments, which are dual controlled.  Prepare and provide monthly management accounts to the Committee and assist our external Auditors in the preparation of formal annual Financial Statements.
